Impact Marathon Malawi
20th- 26th May 2019
Mwalandiridwa! We live and breath the mysterious continent, and we eat challenges for hors d'oeuvres and chase it down with a local brew. And because no challenge is too much for us, we've been tasked to support the Impact Marathon in Nkopola, Southern Malawi in 2019.
This one is only for those who can handle the most difficult travel and are experienced travellers. Fly to Lilongwe, drive to Blantyre, drive to Nkopola, take on an epic savannah race, then do it all back again. All whilst looking after athletes who will run a marathon over some very challenging terrain, a long way from anywhere. This is satphone country, GPS country, Land Rover country and stars from horizon to horizon country. Its a long way from home and surrounded by lions and stuff.
Interested? If you're reading this, then of course you are. And you're right to be. This one is going to be awesome, and is a real challenge for a wilderness medicine professional.
